1. Chauffeured Service Only
All services are professionally chauffeured.
Vehicles are not available for self-drive or rental under any circumstances.
2. Minimum Service Requirements
- Hourly services require a 2-hour minimum
- Evenings, weekends, and special events require a 3-hour minimum
- Airport transfers are flat-rate and not subject to hourly minimums
3. Booking & Payment Policy
- A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations
- Full payment or deposit may be required at time of booking
- Remaining balances must be paid prior to service start
- Corporate accounts may qualify for invoicing upon approval
4. Deposits (Events & Special Occasions)
- 30–50% non-refundable deposit required for weddings, proms, and events
- Final balance due 72 hours prior to service date
- Deposits are applied toward total service cost
5. Cancellation Policy
- Airport transfers:
- Free cancellation up to 12 hours prior
- Hourly services:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior
- Events & specialty services:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Cancellations within 72 hours may be charged in full
Late cancellations are billed due to vehicle and chauffeur commitment.
6. Waiting Time Policy
- Airport pickups include complimentary wait time:
- 30 minutes (domestic flights)
- 45 minutes (international flights)
- Non-airport pickups include 10 minutes complimentary
- Additional wait time is billed at $25 per 15 minutes
7. Overtime & Additional Time
- Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments
- Client is responsible for any time exceeding the reserved service period
- Chauffeur will continue service unless otherwise instructed
8. Additional Stops
- Additional or unscheduled stops are billed at $25 per stop
- Excessive route changes may result in hourly billing
9. After-Hours & Holiday Service
- After-hours service (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): $40 surcharge
- Major holidays are subject to a 25% premium
- New Year’s Eve/Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- Major local events
10. Gratuity
- 18–20% standard gratuity is included unless otherwise stated
- Additional gratuity is always appreciated but not required
11. Vehicle Use & Conduct
- No smoking or vaping in vehicles
- No illegal substances
- Excessive mess, damage, or bodily fluids will incur a cleaning fee
- Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service for unsafe or abusive behavior
12. Delays, Traffic & Force Majeure
- Service time includes traffic delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Accidents
- Road closures
- Airline schedule changes
- Clients are advised to schedule adequate buffer time
13. Liability Disclaimer
- Company is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
- Maximum liability is limited to the cost of service rendered
- Client assumes responsibility for passenger conduct
14. Pricing Transparency
Rates are based on:
- Vehicle type
- Duration of service
- Time of day
- Service requirements
Pricing may vary for special requests or extended services.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services, the client agrees to all stated policies and terms.
